Chuck grew up in Colorado. At seventeen he enlisted in the US Navy where he served 20 years. After retiring from the Navy, Chuck moved to the Cedaredge area, and started a construction business. Now fully retired, he has been very active in the church. He has been the TLC facility manager for several years now. He and Denise have been married 47 years. They have one child, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
